Candidates must possess knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and demonstrate a team-first mentality. As a data center technician, you will be responsible for installing, replacing, and troubleshooting cables and hardware. You will handle data-bearing devices such as hard drives and solid-state drives, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly. The role requires working within a ticket-based environment, where you will perform assigned logistics and warehouse support tasks. During high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations, you will be expected to escalate issues as necessary. Additionally, you will perform data entry to document inbound and outbound packages, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing deliveries. The technician will also be responsible for performing cycle audits and data corrections to ensure that all inventory controls are met. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the data center operations and ensuring that all equipment is accounted for and functioning as intended. Responsibilities
