  • Follow safety protocols and industry best practices at all times.
  • DAS system support and deployment (if experienced).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data center or telecom environments with a focus on structured cabling.
  • Proficiency in installing, splicing, terminating, and testing fiber optics (single-mode and multi-mode) and Cat 6 copper cabling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as fusion splicers, OTDRs, Fluke testers, and cable certifiers.
  • Ability to interpret network diagrams, floor plans, and cable schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., FOA, BICSI, CFOT, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of data center standards such as TIA/EIA-568, ANSI/TIA-942.
  • Familiarity with network hardware and cable labeling conventions.
