About The Position
The Data Center Technician L2 at NTT America Solutions, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and regulatory compliance of the data center's electrical, mechanical, and fire life safety systems. This role involves maintaining processes that maximize customer uptime while minimizing costs, addressing data center issues promptly, and ensuring quality service delivery from contractors. The technician will work closely with the CF Ops Lead Technician to implement preventive maintenance programs and improve overall operational efficiency.
