Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hardware in the data center.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues as they arise.
• Work closely with remote teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Act as the contact person for customers regarding new orders.
• Respond quickly and accurately to requests in the ticket system.

Requirements

• Experience in assembling PC hardware.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical resilience to handle the demands of the job.
• Ideally, experience working with a ticket system.
