About The Position
The Data Center Technician will join the Data Center Operations team, focusing on the installation, decommissioning, and repurposing of IT equipment. This role involves providing technical hands-on support to users while ensuring excellent customer service. Technicians will also be responsible for media destruction, file transfers, and supporting facility visitors, contributing to the overall efficiency and utilization of the Data Center.
