About the position

Responsibilities

• Unpack new equipment and prepare it for installation.
• Swap out DIMM hardware as needed.
• Repackage old DIMM hardware for return or disposal.
• Troubleshoot server hardware issues within the data center.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in data center and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with installation and troubleshooting of servers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Linux operating systems.
