The technician will be responsible for break-fix repairs, collaborating with various teams to manage service outages, and ensuring proper inventory control. • Perform break-fix repairs on enterprise-level servers, blades, storage, and networking equipment.
• Collaborate with various teams to schedule service outages and repairs.
• Manage inventory control and associated paperwork.
• Interact professionally with onsite customer personnel and local team members.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex issues with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Data center experience is required.
• CompTIA A+ certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Hands in a data center environment.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in hardware server and/or storage repairs is a plus.
• Experience with Dell equipment is preferred.
