About the position

The Data Center Technician role at i2vision involves providing technical support and maintenance for data center operations. The technician will be responsible for managing hardware, networking devices, and Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of data center services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for data center operations.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Handle hardware migration and decommissioning processes.
• Provision and rack hardware in the data center.
• Support SAN infrastructure and related devices.
• Utilize KVM-based remote access systems for server management.
• Assist in backup and archive processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of data center support experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking devices and concepts.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting (hardware, OS).
• Familiarity with iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Benefits
