About the position
Microsoft's data center footprint is in hypergrowth and are standing up 7+ new sites by the end of 2025. This team will be focused on building out the IDFs. This is a maximum effort deployment and requires all hands on deck.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support across 4 shifts - A-side/B-side days and nights
- Focus on building out the IDFs in new data center sites
Requirements
- Experience in data center operations
- Knowledge of cabling and hardware installation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with racking and cabling in data centers
- Intermediate level experience in data center roles
