About the position

The Data Center Ops Technician will support the DCOps Team in decommissioning hardware across multiple healthcare facilities recently acquired by a large healthcare client. This role involves working in Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) and Main Distribution Frame (MDF) environments to prepare these locations for integration into the client's networks. The position is entry-level, requiring familiarity with compute, storage, and networking environments, but advanced knowledge is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DCOps Team in decommissioning hardware in IDF/MDF closets at hospitals and clinics.
• Prepare newly acquired facilities for integration into the client's networks.
• Commute to different sites within Orange County as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of Data Center Ops Technician experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of computer networking.
