The primary focus of this role is to prepare, label, bundle, install, terminate, and test data center cabling systems. Technicians will be expected to follow detailed installation plans and blueprints meticulously, ensuring that all work meets industry standards. In addition to installation, the role includes performing routine maintenance and repairs on installed cabling systems, which is essential for maintaining operational efficiency within the data center. Collaboration with team members is crucial to ensure a smooth workflow, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment is a key responsibility to promote safety and efficiency. This position offers competitive compensation, including lodging and meals at a rate of $250 per day, and covers one round trip flight for candidates traveling to the job site. Overtime pay is applicable for hours worked over 8 in a day or over 40 in a week, with weekend hours compensated at a night shift rate.
