The Data Clerk position at Cantin Design LLC is a full-time remote role focused on maintaining the integrity and accuracy of data. Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
• Review and verify the accuracy of data before and after entry.
• Assist in organizing and categorizing data for easy access and retrieval.
• Generate and maintain reports based on data analyses to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes.
• Address and resolve any data discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry or data management role.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
