About the position

The Data Collection Operator at Laiba Technologies is responsible for managing and executing data collection processes in various environments. This role involves ensuring the readiness of collection platforms, performing device setups, and calibrating sensors. The operator will also be tasked with daily data offloads and providing status updates on collection milestones.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data collection on various hardware and software platforms.
• Manage readiness of collection platforms.
• Set up and deploy devices for data collection.
• Calibrate sensors on the collection platforms.
• Manage daily to multiple data offloads for given data collections.
• Provide daily debriefs on status, milestones, and throughput.
• Catalog thorough bug reports for both the hardware and software platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a data collection driven role.
• Skilled in the concepts of data collection with human participation.
• Ability to perform basic triage in the field for both hardware and software platforms.
• Basic familiarity with CLI (i.e., bash, common syntax, etc.).
