Responsibilities

• Coordinate with IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and maintenance schedules.
• Log and manage patient care coordination data effectively.

Requirements

• Strong experience in database design and development using SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SSIS for data extraction and management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a significant plus.
