Responsibilities

  • Grow customer value, connections, and sales of Data Driven Services, including Alture Maintain & Alture Optimize
  • Create a business plan to accelerate connectivity year over year
  • Motivate product and service sales teams to become product experts and want to sell Data Driven Services
  • Support the cross-selling of tightening optimization solutions
  • Ensure we become the industry leader in data driven services regarding sales and creating value for US and Canadian customers

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field
  • Sales experience: Relevant sales experience (e.g. territory growth, account management or business development) with consistent KPI's preferred
  • Technical aptitude: Strong mechanical and technical understanding required to engage with customers effectively
  • Travel-ready: Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, including both domestic and international trips
  • Presentation skills: Strong communication skills with experience in product demonstrations a plus
  • Proven track record: Experience selling software solutions to a wide variety of customers
  • Computer skills: Maintain expert status in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
