About the position

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Data Engineer to develop, integrate, maintain, and enhance code and tool solutions that support mission and enterprise data. The role involves collaboration with other Data Engineers and stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions that enhance data capabilities for various government missions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand source data.
• Incorporate SME input into feature vectors suitable for analytic development and testing.
• Translate customer inputs to be developed into enterprise-facing software visualizations.
• Oversee the development of individual analytic efforts and guide the team in the analytic development process.
• Partner with software engineers and cloud developers to develop production analytics.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in software development/engineering.
• 4 years of experience in data engineering and technical data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or STEM, or 4 years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
