In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and testing infrastructures for data generation. You will optimize data flow and collection processes for cross-functional teams, acting as a representative for ongoing system development efforts. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with data scientists, analysts, project managers, and other engineers to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will help identify and communicate risks and opportunities for improvement in testing and other processes. Additionally, you will contribute to data calls and special projects as needed, ensuring that your contributions are aligned with the overall goals of the organization. To succeed in this position, you will need a strong educational background, preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. You should have at least eight years of related experience in data engineering or a similar technical field. Your technical skills should include familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as Linux and Python, as well as experience analyzing datasets to identify trends and patterns. You will also need to be skilled in producing intelligence products and have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Security clearance at the TS/SCI level with Polygraph is required for this position, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work you will be involved in.
