Responsibilities

• Create new data pipelines leveraging existing data ingestion frameworks and tools.
• Orchestrate data pipelines using the Azure Data Factory service.
• Develop and enhance data transformations to parse, transform, and load data into Enterprise Data Lake, Delta Lake, and Enterprise DWH (Synapse Analytics).
• Perform unit testing, coordinate integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create high-level design (HLD), detailed design (DD), and runbooks for the data pipelines.
• Configure compute, data quality rules, and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Databricks Data Engineering, DLT, Azure Data Factory, SQL, PySpark, Synapse Dedicated SQL Pool, Azure DevOps, Python, Azure Function Apps, Azure Logic Apps, and Precisely.
