The Ads Data Team at TikTok is responsible for building and managing a petabyte-scale data infrastructure, batch and real-time pipelines, and services that support TikTok's global Ads business. This team is dedicated to creating a robust data foundation and scalable data applications that unlock the full potential of advertising data, optimizing the advertiser experience, boosting business growth, and empowering strategy execution. We are looking for passionate Data Engineers who possess strong problem-solving skills to collaborate with talented cross-functional partners, including business operations, data science, engineering, and product management, to tackle some of the most interesting data challenges efficiently and with high quality. In this role, you will contribute significantly to the company's core business across innovative advertising products, campaign management, and measurement solutions. Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and company growth. You will be expected to work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists/Analysts, and Software/Machine Learning Engineers to understand data requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business needs. You will also evaluate, implement, and maintain data infrastructure tools and technologies to support efficient data processing, storage, and querying. Additionally, you will design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through quality checks and monitoring mechanisms.
