About The Position
The Data Engineer/Data Architect role is focused on leading and managing a high-performing data architecture team while maintaining vendor relationships. The position requires a strong technical background in data engineering and architecture, particularly with Postgres, Python, and Azure Stack. The individual will serve as a technical leader within the Data and Analytics team, responsible for shaping comprehensive solutions for complex data and analytics systems. Effective communication of architecture and design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential, as is the ability to translate business objectives into actionable data science use cases.
