About The Position
Continental Properties is seeking a Data Engineer I to join our team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This newly created role is part of a significant transformation aimed at fostering a more data-driven organization. The goal is to enhance our ability to produce high-quality data that will enable better decision-making and the development of unique, compelling products and services for our customers. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for developing data pipelines that support data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) reporting, and analytics. Your technical expertise will be crucial in providing value through data to our organization. You will report directly to the Director of Data Management and Integration, playing a meaningful role in the department's success. In this position, you will work in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance your time between working in the office and remotely. Your contributions will be vital in implementing DataOps methodologies to ensure the integrity and quality of our data processes. You will also be a key resource for data users across the organization, helping to create awareness of available data and assisting with technical tasks such as data extracts, report creation, and troubleshooting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence data processes and contribute to the overall data strategy of the company.
