About the position

The Data Engineer Intern position at CCC Intelligent Solutions for Summer 2025 offers an opportunity to work remotely while gaining hands-on experience in building data pipelines and utilizing advanced data processing techniques. Interns will collaborate with various teams to develop solutions that provide insights for clients in the auto property damage and repair, medical claims, and telematics IoT industries.

Responsibilities

• Build streaming and batch data pipelines using Python, Kafka, Spark, and Cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain complex SQL queries using Hive, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Turn raw data into valuable insights using AI techniques.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, information engineers, data scientists, data modelers, infrastructure support, and data governance positions.

Requirements

• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree throughout the internship.
• Pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Analytics, MIS, or a related field.
