About the position

The Data Engineer position at Trigyn Technologies involves analyzing, mapping, building, testing, and maintaining database pipeline architectures using Oracle and DB2. This role is crucial for the Child Welfare Data Conversion efforts as the legacy system transitions to Salesforce. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, focusing on data pipelines and ETL processes to support data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, map, build, test, and maintain database pipeline architectures using Oracle and DB2.
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand and execute data conversion objectives that transform, mask, and load data into Salesforce objects.
• Create and maintain table schemas.
• Create new data validation methods to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
