About the position

As a Program Office Analytics Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming massive datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your primary responsibility will be to design and build executive reporting solutions, including highly polished dashboards and exploratory self-service tools. You will also be tasked with creating the datasets that power these tools, enabling analysis and presentation of insights related to customer experience, product performance, and business operations. This role requires a collaborative approach, as you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to define key metrics, design datasets, and develop automation strategies that enhance our reporting capabilities. In this position, you will engage in extensive collaboration with various teams, including Business, Engineering, and Enterprise teams. Your ability to iterate on key business outcomes and influence how services are measured will be crucial to the success of the organization.
