About the position

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Python. This role requires a strong understanding of the AMex data ecosystem, particularly with Cornerstone and Lumi, as well as familiarity with Genesys WFM data. Knowledge of data modeling and NoSQL databases is also essential for success in this position. In this role, you will provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing overall productivity. You will conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. Performance optimization and the implementation of best practices and coding standards will be key responsibilities, as will ensuring process compliance within the assigned module. Participation in technical discussions will also be a critical aspect of this position, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of the team and projects.
