As a Data Engineer Senior within PNC's Enterprise Data Management Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Cleveland-OH, Strongsville-OH, Birmingham-AL or Dallas-TX. In this role, you will play a pivotal role with Data Governance focused on leading the delivery of key business initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions for new products or development efforts. Your knowledge of integrating systems and data sources will be crucial, as will your strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to new and existing projects. Collaboration will be key, as you will work between IT, business, and software engineers with multi-disciplinary teams. You will also need the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and have experience with building and deploying systems. This includes conducting analysis, investigation, and lineage studies to document and enhance data quality while adapting to new and evolving technologies. As a leader in developing, supporting, and implementing data solutions for multiple applications, you will ensure that these solutions meet business objectives and user requirements. You will leverage your technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build, and maintain technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading data requirement analysis and the data preparation process development for targeted data solutions, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of data solutions to ensure their scalability, availability, and maintainability. You will also consult on data migration and transformation to ensure the accuracy and security of data solutions.
