About the position

The Data Engineer position is focused on leveraging extensive experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting within the food and beverage supply chain technology sector. The role requires a deep understanding of SQL development and experience with various database technologies, as well as the ability to develop reports and dashboards effectively. The position is expected to be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and report data from various sources.
• Develop SQL queries and manage databases using Oracle DB, MS SQL, and Snowflake.
• Create reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy Cloud Environment.
• Utilize Agile tools like Jira for project management and tracking.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data integrity and quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressively related experience in data extracts, analysis, and reporting.
• Significant knowledge/experience in food & beverage supply chain technology.
• Deep skills in SQL development using Oracle DB, MS SQL, and Snowflake.
• Experience in report/dashboarding development using MicroStrategy Cloud Environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of report writing against Snowflake, Oracle, and MS SQL Server DBs.
• Experience with Blue Yonder's Forecasting and Replenishment technology and Crunchtime.
