About the position

The Data Engineer position is a collaborative role that supports clinical, operational, and finance teams by providing insights derived from data analysis. The role involves working with data warehouses to aggregate and analyze data, utilizing various tools and programming languages to synthesize and present findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and analytics teams to support clinical, operational, and finance teams.
• Pull and aggregate data from the data warehouse.
• Analyze data using SQL, Python, R, Excel, and/or PowerBI.
• Synthesize and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a STEM or similarly quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a healthcare-related field with an emphasis on quantitative skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working with data in a Healthcare environment.
• At least 2 years of experience conducting data analyses in SQL, Python, and/or R, or equivalent education covering similar topics.
• Strong approach to conceptual problem solving and analytical approaches.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
