Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of current systems to identify areas for optimization.
- Utilize skills in Power BI and data migration, ideally with experience in Great Plains and Dynamics.
- Strategize to improve efficiency in data usage and system performance.
- Drive business improvement by leveraging data and analytics.
- Utilize Apache Kafka, Apache Pig, Apache Spark, Cloud Technologies, Data Visualization, Algorithm Implementation, Analytics, Apache Hadoop, API Development, AWS Technologies for various tasks.
- Create insightful reports using raw data to facilitate better decision making.
- Manage some projects and implement change management strategies.
- Forge the company's digital strategy for the future, keeping abreast of latest industry trends.
- Present new proposals and strategies to management for approval and implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Visualization and report development.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on Analytics and Apache Hadoop.
- Experience in Power BI dashboard and report creation is a must.
- Seeking skills building data warehouses and working in data lakes.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in the mentioned skills would be a plus.
