We are currently seeking to fill a new Data Entry/Account Clerk position. This is a full-time/part-time position, available from Monday to Friday with flexibility in scheduling. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to delivering high-quality work, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills. The Data Entry/Account Clerk will report directly to the Director of Operations. In this position, the Data Entry/Account Clerk will be responsible for creating spreadsheets to track important information and sales, maintaining the database by entering new and updated account information, and ensuring data entry requirements are met by following established data program techniques and procedures. The role also requires the ability to work as a remote Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable clerk, processing payables and receivables inputs, including paper check issuance to payable vendors. Additionally, the clerk will verify entered account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data, provide occasional administrative support, and assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
