As a Data Entry and Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential administrative support. This position requires excellent service and communication skills to respond promptly to customer calls and emails, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective collaboration with the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication.
- Assist with order entry, tracking orders, and managing order processing.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records for internal use.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Provide product information and resolve any customer issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to type 60 WPM accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior customer service or sales account management experience.
- QuickBooks experience helpful, though we work with ODOO now.
