This position is responsible for the client data entry process to revenue systems and is accountable for ensuring timely data capture. The role involves several controls and adherence to policies, auditing the accuracy of billing information entered in the system, and monitoring the operation of the billing systems. The individual in this position will receive a high-moderate level of guidance and direction and will be expected to provide progress status and tracking of work to leadership. Key responsibilities include inputting client information into CPKC systems, including rates, accurately documenting the details of Client Commercial Agreements, and adhering to all relevant internal company policies and external regulations. The role also requires providing leadership with updates and tracking information related to assignments, keeping leadership informed about the progress and tracking of data entry, and ensuring open and direct communication with team members. Additionally, the individual will ensure that publications are in line with commercial agreements, system demands, and internal guidelines, and will be responsible for the accuracy and punctuality of revenue data.
