About the position

Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to manage and input client records into various data systems for statistical purposes. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data management and reporting, contributing to the organization's mission of supporting families and communities. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong computer skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter client records into ESA database and DCF ORACLE.
• Retrieve information for client eligibility from SAVE systems.
• Prepare reports necessary for DCF invoices.
• Generate computer reports for statistical data from ORACLE and ESA databases.
• Maintain and file proper documentation for DCF and LSF records.
• Assist with clerical duties in the absence of the Administrator Assistant.
• Serve as an interpreter as needed.
• Assist paralegals with intake as instructed by the Attorney.
• Create and prepare Fee spreadsheet for billing submission to fiscal.
• Perform various clerical and field-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Attend required staff and parent meetings and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two to three years of work experience in data entry and report preparation.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
• Strong computer skills and clerical experience.
