The clerk will collaborate closely with inventory controllers to establish and maintain accurate Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks, ensuring that all inventory data is up-to-date and precise. Additionally, the role requires reviewing, verifying, and scanning batch records into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which is essential for maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. The position operates on a second shift schedule from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, requiring the clerk to be fully on-site at BioLegend's facility in San Diego, California. The role demands adherence to ISO requirements, including following the "line of clearance" rule and complying with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or work instructions.
