About the position

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in College Park, GA. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with strong data entry skills and the ability to meet demanding deadlines. The position offers competitive compensation at $19.80 per hour over a 12-month contract period. The work schedule is from Saturday to Wednesday, 11 PM to 7:30 AM, with training occurring from Sunday to Thursday during the same hours for the first two weeks. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and timely keying of information from images or original documents. This includes using a full keyboard and numeric pad to input data based on customer instructions and screen prompts. You will also need to acknowledge out-of-balance transactions and complete all tasks by specified deadlines. Effective communication regarding computer system problems and performing other assigned duties will also be part of your responsibilities. This position requires a strong commitment, as no time off is permitted within the first 90 days of employment, and you must be available to work on holidays. Adecco provides weekly pay, upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy, and a dedicated onboarding specialist to guide you from offer to your first day.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong PC literacy and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to complete work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to new methods in an automated environment.
  • General understanding of Lockbox procedures.
  • Must achieve a score of over 8,400 KSPH on a DE assessment.
