About the position

MGMT Partners, a full-service project management company, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to work alongside our Accounts team. In this role, your responsibilities would include accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs and/or spreadsheets. You will also be tasked with transferring data from paper formats into computer files by scanning and filing to appropriate folders. Additionally, you will perform related tasks such as ordering office supplies and filing documents, managing and organizing records and files, and reaching out to vendors/customers for missing information. Maintaining data entry requirements by following procedure guidelines and reporting needed changes to the accounting team is crucial. You will produce reports and retrieve data as needed, scan incoming mail, and distribute it to the team via email. Furthermore, you will provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position is located in our Beverly Hills office and will require a minimum of 2 days in the office, with the remainder of the work being hybrid remote. Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience or related office experience
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • 10-key typing skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
