About the position

The Data Entry Clerk (Bilingual) position at Ormat Technologies is a vital role within the Maintenance and Reliability Department. The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting the Material and Plant Maintenance modules within the SAP system. This role requires a bilingual candidate who can assist with translating during meetings and training sessions, ensuring effective communication across various departments. The Data Entry Clerk will be tasked with creating and maintaining materials in the ERP system, pulling reports, and verifying data accuracy within the system. Additionally, the individual will assist with material data cleansing and the creation and updating of process and procedure documentation. The position involves collaboration with inventory and warehousing personnel, as well as training associates on the SAP system. The Data Entry Clerk will also be responsible for translating files and training documents, and providing translation support during meetings and training sessions as needed. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of data and ensuring that all processes are documented accurately. The individual will also be expected to take on other duties and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain materials in the ERP system

Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • 1 to 3 years of data entry or data management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience beneficial, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels in the organization both verbally and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to take continuing training in related competencies to improve job knowledge and stay up to date
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed to support the regions.
