About the position

As a Data Entry Clerk at Gainwell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of health and human services outcomes. This hybrid position involves performing standard processing and quality tasks, ensuring accuracy in reports, and handling confidential data while adhering to security policies. You will contribute to problem identification and resolution, and develop an understanding of the client's business to support efficient procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Perform standard, recurring processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in assigned work processes.
  • Develop understanding of the client's business and apply knowledge to support efficient procedures.
  • Contribute to problem identification and resolution.
  • Interpret, audit, and reconcile reports for accuracy or completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain standard reports for management and clients.
  • Handle company confidential data according to policy and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two or more years of experience with business process service delivery and improvement, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
  • Experience working with client company product and/or services.
  • Experience working with client company industry and/or functional area.
  • Experience working with business solutions software.
