The Data Entry Clerk will enter information into GEOtrack in a timely and accurate manner, including the enrollment of participants in programs and the completion of necessary reports. The role also involves auditing GEOtrack enrollment against state databases where applicable. Training on GEOtrack will be provided to ensure the incumbent is well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of the position. Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintenance of GEOtrack for Programs.
  • Enter information into GEOtrack in an accurate and timely manner, including enrollment of participants in programs and setting up events.
  • Submit required reports relative to GEOtrack and CoC Program.
  • Audit GEOtrack enrollment with the state database where possible.
  • Assist with daily attendance and generate daily reports in a timely manner to the supervisor.
  • Assist with data downloads from various systems to GEOtrack.
  • Provide support in all aspects of GEOtrack as it relates to programming and Continuum of Care (CoC).
  • Adhere to GEO policies, procedures, and specific facility regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Ability to work with computers and a thorough understanding of Excel and MS Office Software.
  • Demonstrated experience in office procedures and related clerical duties.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner in both individual and group settings.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and carry out moderately complex oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to make minor decisions in accordance with rules and regulations as they apply to work problems.
  • Ability to maintain company records and deal effectively with the public and inmates.
