This full-time position requires in-person attendance and involves data entry, billing, and handling customer inquiries through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming orders and sending orders to the warehouse for picking
  • Entering data for outgoing shipments into various customer portals
  • Billing customer orders
  • Taking customer orders and providing general customer support via ERP system
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat as needed
