Responsibilities

• Analyze documents submitted by law enforcement and private attorneys.
• Apply standard practices and policies in naming documents for proper handling.
• Review legal demands and code them for routing within Legal and Emergency Response.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute and 5,000 keystrokes.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ERP systems, and typing (10 key typing).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
