Responsibilities

• Enter job order information into the JRMW system.
• Request quotes from vendors and follow up on quotes requested or received.
• Communicate with people at all levels and in all departments to resolve issues.
• Work on jobs in order of priority.
• Learn the JRMW processes involved with the completion of parts.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Blueprint reading skills preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to type quickly and accurately.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Knowledge of the English language for communication and interpretation of instructions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints.
