Responsibilities

• Type information into the database from scanned images.
• Perform various types of scanning tasks as required.
• Maintain data confidentiality principles.
• Report to a data manager or another data team member.
• Work independently and efficiently on assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk.
• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English, both oral and written, with customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks.
• Ability to lift 35lbs (a box of documents).
