Responsibilities

• Process documents submitted for eRecording, identifying and entering all party names and legal descriptions.
• Link referenced documents and group related party names and legal descriptions in documents.
• Work with eRecording vendors to ensure compliance of document submissions with business rules and address operational issues.
• Screen documents to facilitate redaction of qualifying information.
• Accept documents for recording, identifying document types and verifying statutory requirements.
• Calculate and cashier related taxes and fees for recorded documents.
• Index documents accepted for recording, performing indexing of the grantor/grantee.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of recent and relevant experience demonstrating attention to detail in data maintenance, preferably in an automated systems environment.
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Possess accurate and efficient keystrokes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
