About the position

Adecco's client is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk (EHS) to join their team in Cupertino, CA. This role is designed for detail-oriented and organized professionals who have a passion for safety and sustainability. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining laser and equipment inventories, supporting the EHS inspection process, and assisting with document management and data collection. The position requires analyzing EHS data and producing reports, managing training records, and coordinating the delivery of safety equipment. This hybrid role allows for flexibility, enabling candidates to work from the comfort of their homes while also being available for in-person tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laser and equipment inventories.
• Support the EHS inspection process.
• Assist with document management and data collection.
• Analyze EHS data and produce reports.
• Manage training records and course setup.
• Coordinate delivery of safety equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Science, Business, or related field).
• Proficiency in iWork Suite.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Tableau preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
