About the position

Adecco's client is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk (EHS) to join their team in Cupertino, CA. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and organized professionals who have a passion for safety and sustainability. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for maintaining laser and equipment inventories, supporting the EHS inspection process, assisting with document management and data collection, analyzing EHS data, and producing reports. Additionally, the clerk will manage training records and course setup, as well as coordinate the delivery of safety equipment. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing employees to enjoy working from the comfort of their homes while contributing to the company's environmental health and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain laser and equipment inventories.
• Support the EHS inspection process.
• Assist with document management and data collection.
• Analyze EHS data and produce reports.
• Manage training records and course setup.
• Coordinate delivery of safety equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Science, Business, or related field).
• Proficiency in iWork Suite.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Tableau preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
