About the position

As a Data Entry Clerk with Paul Davis, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the franchise. Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls from customers and team members, ensuring effective communication and building rapport. You will assist the Office Administrator in various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of the office. Additionally, you will work closely with the Lead JCA to handle accounting data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards and regulations. Your role will also involve managing sub-contractor paperwork, including W-9 forms and insurance certificates, which are essential for maintaining proper documentation and compliance within the business. In this position, you will be an integral part of a growing business, where your ability to empathize with customers and show a sense of urgency will be vital. You will utilize modern technology to communicate effectively and problem-solve, helping customers find solutions to their needs. The role requires a proactive approach, as you will need to identify missing information and ensure that all data is accurately entered and maintained. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with expected hours ranging from 25 to 40 per week, and a pay range of $17 to $20 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities
