Responsibilities

  • Enter data at a reasonable speed and accuracy.
  • Identify types of contracts or agreements for classification and uploading to a new tool.
  • Conduct detailed review and verification of uploaded contract data.
  • Utilize software packages such as Docusign, Adobe Acrobat, and Excel for data entry tasks.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Ability to operate numerical and/or alphabetical key stations.
  • Knowledge of contracts or agreements is a must.
  • Familiarity with software packages required for the position.
