  • Identify issues and recommend modifications to procedures and workflow.
  • Understand client business and market dynamics to ensure best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 9,000 kph with limited errors.
  • Experience with business solutions software.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage time effectively and be self-motivated.
