The role also includes acting as a backup for Customer Service Representatives during high call volumes and participating in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces
• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims
• Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy
• Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volume
• Works with Microsoft Office
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a relevant position desired
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred
• High School degree or equivalent required
• Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions
• Basic math and logic skills required
• Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.
